John Barnum: So Olga, first of all thank you for granting me this interview. It's been five years now hasn't it?

Soviet-Superwoman: Thank you John, and yes it has been five years now, yikes! *laughing*

JB: I have to say you look great my dear, maybe even larger than last we met.

SSW: That is true John, I gain a little more in strength and size every time I face a powerful foe and manage to overcome them. My body adapts to the new threats which is I why I was much more slim five years ago.

JB: You have been through quite a lot haven't you. Between dealing with old foes like Genocide and the Iron Chancellor you've fought new challenges like the Warlord, Cy-Mian and Ultrawoman. You also finally made peace with your native Russia, yes?

SSW: Da, that is true. After so many years of distrust and aggression we are both finally able to find common ground and move forward as allies.

JB: I hear you have an invitation to meet with President Putin at the Kremlin soon. What are you going to talk about.

SSW: Russia and Europe have traditionally been friends and allies. I want to discuss with him his aggressive stance against NATO nations and how we can work to resolve things non-violently.

JB: Will you also talk about the treatment of homosexuals in modern Russia?

SSW: This is a difficult question for me. As you know I grew up in the Soviet Union under Comrade Stalin. Such things were not things that were made public as they are are here in the US today. It was very taboo. When I realized that I had feelings for other women I had to hide these feelings from my allies and government as they did not understand, as many here in these modern times do not. It is a tricky subject, but I do not agree with his policies on this matter. Whether it gets brought up I do not know.

JB: You got married to our own Walkiria a few months after our interview. How's married life?

SSW: Married life with my Beloved has been amazing and every day is new adventure.

JB: Any thought on Angel Falls First Couple adopting?

SSW: Nyet, not anytime soon. We both are committed to our duties for the city and the world and barely have time for each other some weeks.

JB: Let's move on to something else: Jane Smith. Your old adversary also has had a remarkable few years, re-branding herself as Prodigy and taking on the mantle of an actual heroine. What do you think, is she sincere or is it all a ruse?

SSW: I would like to think she is sincere but truthfully only she knows she really wants. She has in the past been unpredictable and duplicitous. I can only hope that American Mom, Idol and others keep her from straying too far. I wish her luck.

JB: What about the rumor that you were supposedly killed later last year. It turned out the Iron Chancellor had been creating clones of you correct?

SSW: Da, apparently he still has one large one that serves him.

JB: With all your powers and abilities?

SSW: I do not yet know as I have not faced her yet. I assume it will only be a matter of time.

JB: And outside of her attack on you and Walkiria last year, Ilsa Hauppman has not been seen in the city for more than a year. Any idea where she is operating from since the Fourth Reich is still a formidable presence in the city?

SSW: I sadly do not or she would already be in Tartarus prison.

JB: Moving onto more current events: North Korea. They are one of the few remaining communist nations and recently cyber-attacked us. What should our policy be with them?

SSW: I would not label North Korea as communist. They have a nominal communist government but are more in line with a dictatorship. The Juche they have there makes them different drastically from a Marxist-Leninist state and much different from say, China's government. I think the best way to deal with them is with sanctions and isolation. North Korea produces no oil, no natural gas, and minimal electricity. The communication systems there are antiquated and rickety and it is plagued by malnutrition with a history of famine. I do not think it would take much to bring them to the negotiation table.

JB: Do you think meta-humans should have a more active hand in global affairs?

SSW: Yes and no. I think metas could do more to end say, global hunger and solve hostage situations...but there is a such a thing as escalation.

JB: But are you not a product of government engineering?

SSW: It is true but once I was placed out on the field, you see what the German government and American governments attempted to do. Now imagine North Korea or Iran attempting the same programs if they aren't already. I have seen it all first hand which is why I say yes, but also no. It becomes an arms race.

JB: Are you excited about the US talks with Cuba.

SSW: Of course. US policy with Cuba has not had any results in fifty years. It is time to take a new approach and try something different.

JB: Lighter topic: have you seen any good films this year Olga?

SSW: I did finally get to see the Ghostbusters! I laughed very much at that one! Also I was introduced to Alien and Aliens and those were both good movies, even if I did have to excuse myself after that baby one burst out of that man.

JB: Nothing newer than those? Something in theaters now?

SSW: I had wanted to see Hercules, but missed it. I still have many years of cinema to catch up on...oh and The CaddyShack! That one was funny with the mole!

JB: Still working out at Titan's Cove.

SSW: Yes when I can, or with the Guardians.

JB: What do you think about all the men (and women) who adore your body-builder physique?

SSW: It still makes me blush at times. I am not used to all the attention even to this day.

JB: There's more than a few websites dedicated to you, do you ever check them out?

SSW: Not as much. I go there a few times and I am like "oh wow, people like me nude or doing those kind of sexual things". There is a place that has slow-motion videos of my battles, some just for the costume damages that occur. I guess it comes with the celebrity. I will not be taking an internet is broken photo however.

JB: *laughing* Any music you're listening to?

SSW: I cannot get the "let it Go" song out of my head. It is very catchy. I caught myself humming it as I stopped that armored car robbery last week.

JB: Still no advertising for you?

SSW: Nyet. *laughing*

JB: Well I certainly want to thank you for your time Olga It is, as always, a pleasure.
