Striking a very Christopher Reeve/Superman pose, :iconspiresrich: has created a very dynamic image of Soviet Superwoman. I am thrilled that he has returned to digital art after a hiatus and honored that my characters still inspire him! :iconbowplz: Thank you so much my friend!

In truth, Olga should have to really hold her breath for a shot like this...she and outer space don't get along so well. ^^;

Soviet Superwoman is my creation and property.

Soviet Superwoman resides in the :iconangel-fallsda: roster of characters and their tales.

Indeed, very reminiscent of the big blue boy scout.

Indeed, the second I saw the thumbnail Superman came to mind. Not just because she is in orbit but the pose reminds me of my all time favorite superhero movie to date: Superman. The second I liked, the third was ok and the fourth... I prefer not to think about that one.

Love her face here, both looks and expression.

I like how everyone is saying how "Superman" it is, but to be honest, I never liked Superman. I find him, too perfect, he can't do no wrong, he has no flaws. The only story I've liked, is the Red Sun story, because it shows him as an imperfect person. I only seen the first two film once, maybe twice, when I was a kid. I must have seen Superman III a few more times but only for the "bad/drunk" Superman bit. I did like the Superman TV show in the mid 90's and I am being more open minded for Man of Steel, as long as no pulls out Kryptonite near the end. Oh, I've never seen an episode of Smallville.

Although this reminds me of the Reeves (Chris) years it's Superman 2 and only Superman 2 for me.
Why is it so hard to write Superman?

Hopefully she’s on her way to kick Nuclear Man’s butt… though I’ll bet she can’t put the Great Wall of Chine back with her eye lasers. Yeah, I just watched Superman IV--come to think of it, snatching every nuke in the world would probably be up her alley, conveniently “forgetting” those belonging to Russia, of course. :paranoid:

Gah, I prefer to remember him from Superman the Movie and II, even his work on Smallville. Taking all the nukes and pulling them in a "space-net"...the Great Wall with the eye-beams thing...I can't watch that film at all, apologies to him and Gene Hackman.
